Learn More Week 2019
Boost your creativity. Be inspired. Learn more!
Everyone learns more!
We believe that everyone is entitled to Learn More - this is the core in everything we do. We want to create the best possible learning environment, both for our users and our employees.
In order for us to bring the best customer value to our users, we need to live our mission; to learn more. Therefore we dedicate a week in November to this, a week we call Learn More Week.
This year, all 460 TwISTers will also gather for 2 days at Hotel Tylösand, to inspire and learn from each other through seminars, lectures and discussions - held by no less than 28 external and 9 internal speakers! That is truly living our mission; enabling everyone to learn more!

What is Learn More Week for you?

Learn More Week is the gathering with all colleagues. In addition to many great lectures and workshops, it is mainly the conversations with colleagues from other countries that make you learn more about them, their work and their country.

Learn More Week is some intense days filled with professional inspiration, and I learn something new each time. It is also an opportunity to spend time with colleagues from near and far. It is socializing with close coworkers and a great possibility to get to know new ones.

First of all it is a great opportunity to get to know more of my colleagues, and to learn more about the products and areas that I don’t work directly with. I also love the opportunity to get the time to go to the different lectures. These lectures allow us to grow, both as a private person and to become an even better representative of IST towards our customers.
Maisa Haave

During Learn More Week I can broaden my own knowledge and learn more, in order to better understand the needs of our customers and provide them with better service in my role as Key Account Manager.
Rickard Skarin
Key Account Manager, Business Region Sweden

Meet our speaker #1: Jonathan Løw
"Find your why"
Serial entrepreneur and Simon Sinek-friend and business-partner Jonathan Løw will inspire to find the why and to inspire action, both as an organization and an individual.
Meet our speaker #2: David JP Phillips
"Learn more with self leadership"
Focusing on how the brain works, how to be your own leader and how to use this to ‘learn more’ - to create deeper, long-lasting and sustainable results.

Meet our speaker #3: Ingrid Hagelund
"Turning a problem into a system"
Design systems is a hot topic these days. A common belief is that these systems are to streamline and provide holistic user experiences across digital surfaces, but what does that really mean?
Meet our speaker #4: Christina Stielli
"Finding happinIST at work"
We talk a lot about ‘finding’ different things. "Arbetsglädje” - the Swedish name for well-being at work. But this isn’t something you find though, it’s something that you and your colleagues can create together. And as an individual you must choose how you want to contribute.
