How long have you been with IST?

I have been working at IST since the beginning of 2018.

What is your background?

Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Software Technology. I worked with Air Traffic Management systems for ~6 years before I started at IST. My journey at IST started as a Software Developer that then expanded to be a Team Leader and acting Teach Lead. In 2020 I had the opportunity to change focus and started to work as a Development Manager.

Tell us what you like best about your job?

Working with all great colleagues and to make a real difference in the society. I know, it sounds cheesy, but for me it is important to do something that help other people in their daily lives. In my current role, I have the privilege to inspire and assist my colleagues to be even better in creating awesome products!

What is your “Learn More”?

I want to be an even better Judoka.
