Talent and Learning Coordinator

IST is the leading Scandinavian edtech company, we have been helping schools improve for more than 30 years. Our mission is to make sure everyone learns more, something that we strive to achieve and make possible for all our customers, regardless of where in the world they are. This is of course also something that we want and try to live by when it comes to ourselves, all 390 TwISTers.

Two of our biggest internal events during the year is our Trainee Program, and our Learn More Week. In short terms, the Trainee Program is where we groom some of the finest talents in the world of code and programming, which runs for 12 months. The Learn More Week (LMW) is a week every year where we gather our entire TwISTer force in one place and meet, discuss, listen, laugh and learn from each other and a wide variety of external speakers, lectures and seminars within different areas of expertise.

Now we are looking for someone to take ownership over these events. Someone who can handle the tasks of planning (strategic/operative issues), executing and implementing, and continuously improving these for us very important happenings. It can be everything from assessing what type of mentor our trainees need, to deciding which speaker that will be our keynote during the next LMW. Or booking train tickets for the participants from our other offices. You need to be able to combine the helicopter view with the smallest details, and be a skilled communicator since you’ll need to engage people both within IST as well as outside.


  • Relevant University Degree (Bachelor or Master). Might be in HR, might be with a techy touch, or maybe something focusing on project leadership
  • Interest and documented experience in working with competency development
  • Interest and knowledge in the engineering and technology field
  • Proven experience from working with a budget
  • Prestigeless and ready to dig in to every kind of task that the mission demands, regardless if it’s discussing the total scope/budget of the LMW, or if it’s printing 400 nametags and putting them in plastic sleeves with a lanyard
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

You will get the opportunity to work closely with several different functions within IST, in order to build the best and most suited events.
