Business Unit Products is looking for a Test Manager to join our teams in our HQ in Växjö.

Business Unit Products is the department within the IST Group that produces our next generation of administrative software for the school and childcare domain. Our products’ helps the staff, students and parents through responsiveness and automation to enable them to spend more time on what’s important, to Learn More.

You will join the development department as a Test Manager to support our development teams, consisting of a collection of coding wizards and QA pros ranging from 23 to 48 years young. The teams are also supported by functional and technical product owners, automation crazy devops and once in a while haunted by our service manager. All to provide our customers an outstanding service. Our architect steers our high level architectural direction and leaves a great level of freedom, responsibility and involvement to you and your team, making work technically challenging and fun for all!

Your tasks will among other things consist of test lead for our planned releases and lead the continuous improvement of our testing methodologies. An important task will be to measure, evaluate and identify actions to refine our working processes and products.

And, in case you were wondering about the truly important matters. Yes, the coffee is free and we have 18 PokéStops outside our office.

Your profile

To be the right person for this job, you have a few years’ experience from development projects and test management, you really believe in the agile methodologies and processes.

Besides having a Master or Bachelor of Science degree, we believe you have a ISTQB certification, great communication skills and a true commitment to the company. You are not only contributing to the teams and the people around you but to the organization as a whole. As a person you show great responsibility, tend to make things happen and you welcome change. We expect you to quickly adapt to new situations and enjoy being part of an agile, constantly changing environment.
