About Cloud Services

Cloud Services focus on delivering our core platform and infrastructure towards IST products. This team also makes sure our day to day IT is up and running. Included in this team we have personnel in 3 countries managing our infrastructure and platform in our own datacenters including cloud-based solutions.

The team also consist of what is our corporate IT team making sure the day to day work at our workplace or at home just works. Visions and goals drive us forward in a high pace making up the experts we are.

And to keep up with what we do have now left us looking for another person to join our incredible team. 😊

About the job

Being an internal IT Administrator at IST is a team-based role where you are part of a multinational group that consist of all from a development team to an infrastructure team. You work closely with our local team but also with our current Corporate IT suppliers. 

Your tasks differ from day to day and can be all from visiting one of our offices to support a migration project or installing client hardware. 

With 400+ employees in 9 offices we have a big variety of ongoing projects and our vision to bring us into the future require us to be agile and with precision steer us towards it.

You need to expect a high pace with shifting tasks from day to day making it extremely important to being able to prioritize and make your own decisions and at the same time making sure our infrastructure works flawless.

Working with integrating or migrating software can be the task of one day and the next day you are in another office helping to install new equipment and the next you are working on our management platform. 

Documentation and working in a change-oriented environment being agile is a must. 

Your profile

To be the right person for this job you are a real doer that have no issues to head out and solve client problems. You are eager to travel and to work on different locations and are experienced in cultural differences between locations as well as you are fluent in English. You are well structured and motivated to take on daily challenges and are comfortable with being the “go to guy” when IT doesn’t work. 

You have a couple of years experience in same or equal field of expertise eager to take a step into the future. Experience in centrally managed IT is a big plus.

The following skills and experience are required or highly valuable;

+ Windows servers, AD, GPO, Management (Client + server), Outlook

+ Linux servers and enterprise setups

+ O365, Azure, Skype, teams

+ Hardware such as work stations, conference equipment, printers, network, Wifi.

+ MDM

+ Experience with both Windows and Mac clients

+ Knowledge and hands on experience working with change and incident processes. Example ISO27001

+ Knowledge in acquisition and migration processes.
