Connect

Working with customer service and/or support at IST means that you will be one of the TwISTers who meet and talk to our amazing customers more than your other colleagues.

Supporting our software products and systems can be done from one of our offices, over phone, email, or remote desktops, but just as well on site, at our customers.

The consulting services is an area where a lot is happening at the moment. Many of our consultants are out meeting our customers at their location, supporting them with implementation, education, and other specific consulting tasks closely related to the IST products or services. But some of our consultants provide more general “school development” value and skill, focusing on leadership, professional development of teachers et cetera.

There is a wide variety of competences and backgrounds in the people working with these tasks, ranging from technical backgrounds as well as leadership/management experts or experience from working in the school sector as an administrator, teacher or head principal.
